The Sales Incentives Administrator will be a catalyst, driver and ongoing supporter of the Global Payments Sales Organization's Incentive program. The Administrator is responsible for maintaining, communicating, and assisting on the execution of all incentives for all Global Payments Merchant sales reps and leaders. Additionally, they are responsible for assisting in training internal employees and leaders, optimizing the program, analyzing and reporting on the success of the program, and aligning with the company's sales strategies. Global Payments strives to offer a world class incentives program for our sales force and the Administrator will be required to support and move the department forward.
