In this hybrid position, you will partner with Sales to support technical evaluations and guide customers through successful implementation and onboarding. You will act as a technical advisor-demonstrating the value of CrashPlan solutions, assisting with solution design, and ensuring smooth deployment and adoption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer-facing technical sales and hands-on implementation work.
