About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Finance & RGM Director to join our team to lead sales finance and planning. In this position, you will partner with our Sales team to optimize investments across retail channels, ensure profitable growth, and enhance the accuracy and discipline of our sales planning processes. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably within sales finance, sales planning, revenue growth management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

  • Lead Revenue Forecasting & Planning: Develop and manage monthly revenue forecasts, annual operating plans, and multi-year sales plans in close collaboration with our Sales team.
  • Forecast Accuracy & Performance Management: Own and improve forecast accuracy, bias tracking, and variance analysis, driving continuous improvement in the planning process.
  • Trade Spend Management: Oversee all trade spend—including off-invoice discounts, EDLP, promotions, and account-specific investments—ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant accounting, clear visibility to spend, and disciplined forecasting aligned with sales growth expectations.
  • Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Drive key RGM initiatives, including pricing optimization, trade spend architecture, promotional optimization, and investment efficiency.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a critical partner to Sales, providing financial insights and recommendations that improve customer specific investments, inform joint business planning, and support growth in priority accounts.
  • Process, Controls & Governance: Build and strengthen sales-finance processes, including terms of sale, accrual management, etc.

  • Support to VP of Finance & Audit Needs: Assist the VP of Finance as needed and respond to information requests by management and for auditing purposes.
