About The Position

The Boochcraft Sales & Finance Operations Coordinator supports the Finance and Sales department by maintaining critical data platforms, producing accurate weekly and monthly reports, and assisting with forecasting and planning processes. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong data validation skills, and strict adherence to processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of administrative, sales operations, or data support experience
  • Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reconciliation)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beverage, alcohol, or CPG industry
  • Familiarity with Lilypad, VIP, Ekos, or similar systems
  • Experience with distributor networks (KeHE, UNFI)
  • Exposure to invoicing, AR, or deductions processing
