Position Summary Lipsey’s is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Executive to join our Baton Rouge team. In this role, you will manage inside sales activities, provide outstanding customer service, and develop lasting partnerships with customers across the country. You’ll be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, growing an assigned book of business, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound prospecting calls to generate new business and meet established sales goals
  • Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Qualify accounts and assess customer needs at all prospect levels
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Provide product information and respond to customer inquiries
  • Engage in product and technical discussions with customers
  • Stay informed on company initiatives, industry trends, and applicable government regulations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive long-term success
