Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful media or agency B2B sales experience
  • Strong portfolio of existing business relationships in Utah preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Expertise in traditional media sales (TV, radio, print, OOH), with digital knowledge a strong plus
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in both independent and team-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business partnerships for the agency
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development and closing
  • Conduct needs analyses and present strategic advertising and marketing recommendations tailored to client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign development, execution, and optimization
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales documentation
  • Represent Hometown Media Services at industry and community events
  • Grow, nurture, and retain client relationships through strong communication and results delivery
