Marketing and Advertising Account Executive This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in the Hartford, CT office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). In-house agencies and creative groups are growing in numbers around the country. At The Hartford, ours is no exception. DESCRIPTION Based in Hartford, Connecticut, as an Account Executive, you’ll be a member of the Brand & Creative Services team and work directly with our in-house integrated marketing groups of creative professionals delivering strategic, creative and effective marketing communications to business units at The Hartford. You’ll be responsible for facilitating all aspects of marketing communications projects and campaigns on behalf of assigned clients. You’ll combine outstanding project management skills, understanding of marketing strategy, knowledge of creative project workflow, and ability to build strong working relationships to enable the success of the clients and the integrated marketing teams. At the heart of your mission is managing the relationship with internal clients. You’ll deliver thoughtful strategic leadership while serving as catalyst for implementing and achieving the client’s tactical marketing programs. Work alongside business unit marketing leaders, creative experts, marketing colleagues and communications pros to shape and implement marketing communications initiatives to drive desired behaviors. The position reports to the Director of Account Services.
