About The Position

Weee! is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to be a critical player in the growth of our advertising business. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, driving advertising revenue, and forging strong, long-term partnerships with advertisers. We’re seeking a passionate sales expert who is a proven deal closer, adept at building trust and relationships, skilled in leveraging data to create compelling advertising solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Advertising, Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media ad or related sales, preferably within e-commerce, retail media, or the grocery industry.
  • Proven track record exceeding individual sales targets and building robust, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently and effectively execute sales initiatives.
  • Proficiency in leveraging analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and generate actionable, client-facing insights.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Advertising Revenue: Exceed individual sales targets by identifying, securing, and growing key advertising partnerships and executing complex deals effectively.
  • Build and Manage Strategic Client Relationships: Establish and strengthen deep, long-term partnerships with new and existing advertisers and partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Independently generate, qualify, nurture, and close leads, including conducting outreach, leading client meetings, and developing media proposals.
  • Develop Custom Advertising Solutions: Deeply understand client media and business objectives and leverage Weee!'s data and platform capabilities to create and recommend effective, data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Enhance Campaign Performance & Strategy: Strategically manage campaigns post-sale, monitoring delivery and performance. Proactively provide insights, recommendations, and upsell/renewal strategies to maximize client outcomes and secure repeat business.
  • Internal Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with the Ad Ops, Merchandising, Growth, and Data teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment of advertiser needs with product capabilities.
