About The Position

We are seeking a candidate with experience in outside sales who is highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic and who is willing to learn title and escrow sales from experienced Sales Executives by a variety of training methods including shadowing out in the field and one-on-one training. The Sales Executive is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory with the ultimate goal of generating new business to the company. Develops and implements agreed upon Business Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area assigned. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines and within all State and Federal regulations. The day starts and ends in the office with day travel within the NW OKC and Edmond territory. 1+ years of outside sales experience is required. Title industry experience preferred but not required. This position comes with a base salary, commission, and a cell phone allowance. Responsibilities include promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to real estate professionals and lenders. The primary objective is to drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The work hours are primarily from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. on weekdays. Attendance at industry events and meetings including weekends and/or after hours may be necessary to establish relationships and develop new business for the company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Requirements

  • 1+ years of outside sales experience is required.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills
