What You’ll Do Drive New Business – Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across key industries through strategic prospecting and networking Build Relationships That Stick – Develop long-term partnerships with new and existing customers Create Smart, Custom Solutions – Collaborate with operations to design tailored freight forwarding solutions Own the Pitch – Deliver clear, compelling presentations that communicate value Close & Grow Accounts – Convert opportunities into revenue and expand existing business Stay Organized & Accountable – Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM Collaborate to Win – Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance to deliver results

Requirements

  • Proven success in global freight forwarding or logistics sales
  • Strong understanding of the global logistics and supply chain industry
  • Ability to network and open doors within the business community
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to grow and improve
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
