The Sales Executive will develop new business and increase sales of PlanSource products and services to insurance brokers, benefits professionals, and other channels. The Sales Executive role is vital to expanding market share and driving revenue growth for PlanSource. It is an exciting time to be at PlanSource. We are expanding rapidly but still small enough for you to make a big impact. As a Sales Executive, you will develop and maintain favorable relationships with established partners and their customers in order to increase revenue and drive penetration within a partner’s book of business. You will be well-supported, and our leveraged sales model will give you access to a strong, established network of partners so you can hit the ground running. You have a proven track record of developing and closing new business, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, building and maintaining a strong network, and strong personal impact and presentation skills. Our sales cycles are fairly short (3-8 months), so you will need to keep several balls in the air at once. You have experience selling complex technology and are comfortable negotiating and presenting to people at all levels in an organization.
