Start your journey with Anova today! Location: This is a remote U.S based role but will support our customers in the East Coast and Midwest Markets, including occasional travel. Candidate must be located within the East Coast/Midwest Region

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of outside sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Sales experience in industrial gas, bevcarb and chemical distributor markets
  • A Sales Leader with a track record of Persistence & Determination
  • Seeks thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients and consistently builds and maintains strong business relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, multitask, and complete work while traveling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer, communicating effectively, and occasionally lifting light items
  • For this role Anova will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities to pursue for profitable sales
  • Work with Product Development & Product Management teams to define and prioritize projects based on profitable customer and market requirements
  • Develop sales targets and forecasts to help achieve goals
  • Identify improvements to develop success-driven plans
  • Provide key demand-side inputs for S&OP process
  • Utilize Salesforce by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications
  • Monitor market and competitor activities to provide valuable business insight
  • Sell Anova’s products in an assigned territory , accounts, and segments
  • Win new accounts, new applications, and other new business opportunities within the territory
  • Work toward increasing sales growth
  • Manage and negotiates pricing and terms to achieve profit targets
  • Manage Key Customer relationships on behalf of the business
  • Build personal networks within customer organizations to identify , create, and win new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and play an active role in industry organizations
  • Maintain existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account
  • Ensure execution of Anova reporting, administrative tasks, projects required by managed accounts
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and similar information exchanges with managed accounts
