Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business within the skilled trades market
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreements
• Travel as needed to develop and support client relationships
• Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure client success
