Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business within the skilled trades industry
  • Build trusted relationships with business owners and leadership teams
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first conversation to signed partnership
  • Travel locally and as needed to develop and support client relationships
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success
