Responsibilities

  • Hunting new business in the skilled trades space; no handholding
  • Getting in front of owners, decision-makers, and operators
  • Running the full sales cycle and closing deals
  • Building real relationships that turn into long-term partnerships
  • Working closely with recruiting to deliver results and keep clients coming back
