About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and impact across multiple specialty medical markets, helping healthcare practices access innovative pharmacy and software solutions. The Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and relationship-building to contract negotiation and deal closure. Working with both remote and onsite clients, you will become a trusted advisor to specialty practices, providing tailored solutions that support patient care and operational efficiency. This position combines strategic territory planning with hands-on execution, offering high visibility, career growth, and the chance to influence market presence in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in full-cycle sales within multi-specialty medical markets.
  • Experience in HealthTech, EMR/EHR, Practice Management, RCM, or GPO sales is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling, pipeline management, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in specialty group practices.
  • Customer-centric mindset, excellent communication, and professional presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ability to travel up to 50% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota objectives.
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage new business opportunities within the multi-specialty market, including Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Neurology practices.
  • Lead full sales cycles, including remote and onsite presentations, quote creation, and contract negotiations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting are up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective solution delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client events.
