Federal Sales Executive – Advanced Visualization & AI (Federal Government) The Federal Sales Executive leads complex, high-value sales engagements within the U.S. Federal Government, driving growth across Advanced Visualization, Remote Operations Command Center, Artificial Intelligence, and emerging 4D solutions while building trusted, long-term customer partnerships. Your role: Drive pipeline, funnel, and order growth within the Federal Government segment, securing complex, high-stakes deals that deliver value for both customers and Philips. Lead strategic negotiations and influence senior customer stakeholders, using data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and anticipate market shifts. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing federal sales team by setting clear targets, coaching performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to execute strategic sales initiatives and deliver cohesive customer engagement. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned to business objectives, ensuring compliance with corporate sales policies and government regulations. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $211,500 to $243,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
