About The Position

As a Sales Estimator- PJC for us, you will be responsible for estimating mitigation work relating to fire, flood and other losses occurring to residential or commercial properties. You will work in close contact with the insurance company, the adjusters, and the property owner to assure the project is bid accurately and competitively. You will build long-term relationships with adjusters and insurance companies to assure that job opportunities are referred to you for estimating. This position will allow you to interact with both commercial and residential property owners, insurance adjusters and TPA’s. You will have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from a few thousand dollars up to multi-million dollars. With this position, your earnings potential is only capped by your own drive and hard work!

Requirements

Minimum of two years, hands-on experience estimating both residential and commercial mitigation projects
Strong organizational skills
Team oriented
The ability to communicate with property owners, both residential and commercial

Xactimate software estimating experience
Experience working with both time and material estimating
