About The Position

Landscape Sales/Estimator Admin · Rapid City, South Dakota Role: Landscape Sales/Estimator Responsibilities: Selling landscape designs, installations, and projects Developing ways to find new landscape clients Reviewing client software and contacting new customer leads in a timely manner Responsible for meeting sales targets Scheduling and maintaining client appointments Meeting landscape clients, assessing needs, and developing timelines Bidding and creating estimates for landscape/construction projects Creating landscape proposals, estimates, change orders for landscape clients Maintaining excellent client relationships Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard Obtaining customer payments for services provided Working well with the Landscape Architect/Design Team Following directions from Sales Manager Aware of goals and timelines of the project Snow removal work during off season Roles Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard. Follows directions from Divisional Manager. Aware of goals and timelines of the project. Maintains a clean, safe, and professional workspace. Completes required paperwork and forms.

Requirements

• 3 years Landscape industry experience
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail orientated & team orientated
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Advanced equipment experience (truck & trailer, Bobcat, excavator)
• 3-5 years Landscape or Construction Sales Experience

Responsibilities
