The ideal candidate for this role would live in Austin, Texas or the North Central / Great Lakes regions. You are an experienced and skilled Sales Engineer with expertise in security domains including Identity and Access Management, incident response, SaaS, and OSINT. You excel at articulating complex technical solutions to audiences with varying levels of domain knowledge and are proficient in all aspects of the technical sales cycle. You are self-motivated, able to operate in a rapidly evolving environment while managing multiple demands, and value working as part of a smart, collaborative team to deliver the best solutions to your customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in either cybersecurity presales or working with IT security oriented tools
  • Must have a strong network of enterprise customers in the US.
  • Experience with link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and operate in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required in the region.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Enterprise sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to customers, tailored for unique use cases and environments.
  • Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this to specific customer situations.
  • Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management.
