About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to support and grow our Canadian abrasive's market by managing existing accounts, developing new business, and providing technical sales support to industrial customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while increasing Noritake product share Develop new customer relationships and identify new business opportunities Achieve sales targets and contribute to budget and territory expansion plans Resolve customer sales issues fairly and promptly Technical & Engineering Support Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and specifications Coordinate with engineering teams to design and customize product solutions Conduct on-site field tests, analyze results, and optimize product performance Provide technical support, presentations, and product demonstrations Quoting, Orders & Inventory Obtain pricing from factories (U.S., Canada, Japan, and Mexico) Prepare quotations, estimates, and follow up with customers Verify purchase orders and coordinate with Customer Service and factories Monitor and manage inventory levels for assigned customers Communication & Reporting Maintain regular communication with customers, factories, and internal teams Track sales performance and provide progress reports to management Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data management Travel Travel to Canada up to a week per month as needed Other travel may include the U.S., Mexico, and Japan Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive or manufacturing background a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Clean driving record required Current passport will be needed Schedule: On site in Mason, OH Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Pay: $55k-75k based on experience Please note this is a direct hire position, meaning AtWork Personnel will be conducting prescreening for the client but you would be working directly under the company if hired on. -- IND123

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive or manufacturing background a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Clean driving record required
  • Current passport will be needed
