As a Sales Engineer at Gearset, you’ll be at the heart of helping our users get the most out of Salesforce DevOps. You’ll work closely with our sales team to understand user needs, run tailored demos, and guide technical discussions, showing exactly how Gearset solves their challenges. With a deep understanding of our product and the wider Salesforce ecosystem, you’ll provide expert advice on everything from Git-based development to CI/CD best practices. What’s the opportunity for a Sales Engineer at Gearset? You’ll become a subject-matter expert on Salesforce DevOps and on Gearset, providing support and advice to users as they implement our product and embed it into their teams. You’ll run tailored product demos and guide technical discussions, confidently advising on everything from the intricacies of Git-based development to configuring continuous integration pipelines. You’ll demonstrate how Gearset solves user’s challenges and ensure they receive world-class customer support. You’ll work in a cross-functional team of developers, salespeople and marketers. Your close user contact will also feed into our ongoing product development and be the voice of users throughout the company.
