Ibotta is seeking a tech-savvy Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. While our leadership focuses on high-level strategy and coaching, you will serve as the primary engine behind our revenue training infrastructure—responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems that empower our sales team. Are you an instructional design enthusiast who loves the "build" side of enablement? Do you want to see the fruits of your labors directly impacting team success and revenue growth? As a Specialist within the Revenue Organization, you will be the "master architect" of our tools, transforming strategic onboarding visions into automated, world-class digital experiences. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
