About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our partner channel sales team with the knowledge, skills, content, and tools to engage customers effectively, shorten sales cycles, and drive revenue growth. This person will develop and execute strategies, training, content, and tools to boost channel partner sales team effectiveness, bridging sales and marketing to ensure reps have the right resources (like playbooks, content, tech) for every stage, ultimately increasing productivity and revenue by making the sales process smoother and more successful. The person in this role owns seller readiness and deal acceleration, acting as a force multiplier across the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Direct selling experience with a technology company strongly preferred
  • Background in marketing, sales operations, or training
  • Proven ability to lead by influence, not by authority
  • Strategic thinker who can prioritize what drives revenue and act without heavy direction
  • Skills: Strong communication, data analysis, project management, strategic thinking, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and relevant enablement technology.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding, skills training, and coaching on new products, strategies, and processes.
  • Develop and curate essential sales materials (playbooks, presentations, case studies, battlecards) and manage a central resource library.
  • Streamline workflows, optimize tech utilization (CRM, enablement platforms), and ensure consistent messaging across teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align goals and gather insights.
  • Track enablement program impact, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve performance.
