We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Sales Enablement & Prospecting Specialist for our Fredericksburg location. Job Description The selected candidate will: Receive and review marketing-generated leads for accuracy and completeness, and enrich data by using D&B Hoovers, RightBound, LinkedIn, and other approved tools. Segment leads into targeted prospecting lists for your use as well as field sales personnel. Utilize ConnectAndSell for outbound prospecting calls. Qualify those prospects and and provide all necessary information to Sales Team where appropriate. Track outreach activities and outcomes to ensure visibility and accountability. Refine outreach strategies and messaging by collaborating with Sales Leadership. Required Qualifications The successful candidate’s background will include:

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, lead research, inside sales or related role.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in telephone prospecting, including experience with outbound calling platforms like ConnectAndSell.
  • Proficiency with D&B Hoovers, LinkedIn, and other B2B research tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Physical attendance at the worksite as required.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience preferred.
