As the Sales Enablement Program Manager for Service, you will own all programming related to PTC’s Service enablement. This includes designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs that equip sellers to effectively position and sell ServiceMax solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with SMEs, and create impactful, scalable content that drives sales performance globally. Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and tools and translate them into simplified content for sellers.
  • Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and workflows in enterprise sales environments
  • Public speaking/presentation experience
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Creative problem solver who not only can identify the challenge but suggests a solution.
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools and platforms including LMS, CMS, authoring tools, etc.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills defining key performance indicators and managing dependencies and risks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, Communications or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales enablement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a global or multi-national organization
  • Designing engaging and impactful sales content and training programs at scale
  • Knowledge of PTC solutions and/or the manufacturing industry a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and experience working with products built on the Salesforce platform is highly desirable
  • Sales or Technical Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional/cross-regional enablement projects to develop and deliver engaging and effective sales training assets and curriculums focusing on our ServiceMax solutions.
  • Establish partnerships with Segment groups and the corporate ecosystem to secure essential subject matter expert (SME) and delivery resources.
  • Master content from subject matter experts (SMEs) and defined sources to organize it in a way that reflects an understanding of the product/program to be supported.
  • Develop identified training assets and sessions (courseware, webcasts, battlecards, live delivery, etc.), utilizing appropriate source subject matter experts.
  • Leverage data to provide actionable insights and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Participate in the design, development and delivery of a robust onboarding program that accelerates new hire productivity and integration, with a focus on accountability.
