About The Position

Aikido is building developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software, aiming to make security suck less for developers. They focus on what matters and automate the rest, taking on legacy security tools. Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in funding and is building toward self-securing software. The company is growing rapidly, hiring 1-2 commercial people per week. This role is for the first Sales Enablement Manager, responsible for maintaining exceptional win rates. The manager will collaborate with product marketing to generate materials (one-sliders, presentations), with HR for onboarding, and with sales leadership. Given Aikido's technical product, the role ensures sales teams understand what to sell, to whom, and how, maintaining consistent messaging across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales enablement
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Very tech-savvy
  • Hungry and 'get stuff done' mentality
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Fluent in English
  • Located in Chicago

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new sales hires and cut ramp time
  • Run ongoing training on product, ICP, personas, objections, and competitors
  • Build role-specific enablement for BDR, AE, CS, and partners
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks
  • Own objection handling like ‘build vs buy.’
  • Build competitive battlecards
  • Turn customer wins into usable case studies
