The company is growing rapidly, hiring 1-2 commercial people per week. This role is for the first Sales Enablement Manager, responsible for maintaining exceptional win rates. The manager will collaborate with product marketing to generate materials (one-sliders, presentations), with HR for onboarding, and with sales leadership. Given Aikido's technical product, the role ensures sales teams understand what to sell, to whom, and how, maintaining consistent messaging across the funnel.
