AlertMedia is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager who can design, build, and execute scalable enablement programs that support our sales teams. This role focuses on instructional design excellence and strong program execution, translating enablement strategy into high-quality learning experiences that drive seller readiness, productivity, and revenue impact. Who you are: You are passionate about building effective learning experiences for sales teams and bring strong, hands-on instructional design expertise. You apply adult learning principles to design practical, role-relevant training and take ownership of turning business needs into structured curricula, courseware, and learning assets. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy executing enablement initiatives end to end, from needs analysis and content development through facilitation, deployment, measurement, and iteration. You bring credibility with experienced sales professionals and can confidently engage audiences from new hires to senior leaders. You are organized, execution-oriented, and energized by continuous improvement. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, and actively leverage tools and technologies, including generative and agentic AI, to create scalable, high-impact learning experiences.
