About The Position

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will develop enablement strategies and initiatives to optimize sales performance for our internal teams. You will work closely with executive leadership to develop long-term enablement roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives. You will enhance the performance of our sales representatives (business development, account executives and account managers) through targeted learning, coaching and reinforcement initiatives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales enablement in high-growth organizations
  • Expertise in developing and delivering complex curriculums to diverse audiences
  • Experience optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth through enablement
  • Ability to influence executives and collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives
  • Experience using or administering sales enablement and revenue intelligence platforms such as Highspot and Gong
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance enablement efficiency, content creation, and personalized learning experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Notion or similar knowledge management tools for organizing enablement content, playbooks, and documentation is a plus
  • Previous experiences in a direct sales role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Sales Training and Coaching: Design and deliver advanced training programs on value selling, consultative selling, and complex solution development.
  • Proactively identify skill gaps and shape learning initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor high-performing and high-potential sales reps as well as sales directors.
  • Drive continuous improvement through 1:1 sessions and group workshops.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various mediums, including live workshops, virtual sessions, and on-demand resources.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives along with sales managers to help them improve their sales skills, overcome performance challenges, and achieve their targets.
  • Content Development: Develop learning programs tailored to the needs of sales representatives, covering topics such as prospecting, objection handling, value proposition articulation, and sales methodologies.
  • Create and maintain high-quality enablement materials, including presentations, guides, videos, and FAQs.
  • Sales Execution Development: Implement sales process improvements and best practices.
  • Monitor metrics to ensure enablement drives measurable uplift in pipeline, close rates, and revenue attainment.
  • Develop onboarding tracks that speed time to productivity of new sales team members.
  • Standardize and document sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent sales enablement on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advise product, marketing and customer success on optimizing customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assess training needs, track performance metrics, and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
