About The Position

We're hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to turn our best sales motions into high-performing, repeatable playbooks. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to create scalable playbooks to help turn Paraform’s sales team into a machine. This is a high impact role for someone who loves sales, loves systems, and wants to build the “how we sell” engine at a fast-growing startup. Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales enablement or as a top performing AE at a startup
  • Proven success partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Demonstrated ability to scale enablement programs - you’ve implemented tools, training, and other processes that support rapid team growth and a constantly evolving GTM playbook
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect new programs to real business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sales playbooks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to effectively translate the value of our product to our customers
  • Own onboarding and ramp for sales roles
  • Amplify daily impact of SDRs and AEs with new strategies and initiatives
  • Measure and report impact to sales management and other relevant stakeholders
