We're hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to turn our best sales motions into high-performing, repeatable playbooks. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to create scalable playbooks to help turn Paraform’s sales team into a machine. This is a high impact role for someone who loves sales, loves systems, and wants to build the “how we sell” engine at a fast-growing startup.
