Dandy is hiring an agile, systems-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Sales Enablement team owns the strategy, design, and execution of programs that help our sales teams reach their full potential. In this role, you’ll be the strategic business partner for the SMB sales Account Executive team, working closely with front-line sales leaders to elevate the skills and refine the processes that drive success in the core revenue engine of our business. This is a high-impact, foundational role on a growing Sales Enablement team that is scaling to meet ambitious company growth goals.
