This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office. The sales enablement lead for custom solution RFPs will join HarbourVest's Institutional Product Marketing team and be responsible for leading Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other prospective investor requests such as follow-up questionnaires and fundraising inquiries in support of our custom solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who is: Possesses strong analytical skills along with writing, editing, and proofreading proficiencies. Demonstrates effective interpersonal and project management abilities. Experienced in leading multiple projects, maintaining attention to detail, and working collaboratively.
