We are expanding our Sales Enablement team to empower our sales organization with world-class training and development. Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined experience in sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement, including at least 1 year as a successful quota-carrying sales associate.
  • A passion for helping others succeed through coaching and mentoring.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others.
  • Ability to adapt and create training programs.
  • Confidently deliver training to groups and individuals.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gong, or LMS tools (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver group and individual training on NetDocuments products, sales processes, and sales technology.
  • Coach and mentor sales professionals to elevate performance.
  • Lead sessions on sales and leadership best practices.
  • Support onboarding and interviewing of new hires.
  • Adapt and develop engaging training content and materials.
  • Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and other tools to support learning.
  • Take ownership of goals with a strong work ethic.
  • Confidently deliver training to groups and individuals.
  • Continuously improve processes and content through learning.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Other duties as assigned.
