About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. Ibotta is fundamentally changing how the world’s leading advertisers think about CPG advertising, and we are looking for data-driven marketers to join our rapidly growing team. Our Sales Enablement team is at the forefront of helping us fulfill our mission. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of analytical or financial experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with high volumes of unstructured / partially structured data across multiple systems; e.g. in Marketing, BI, or Finance functions
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Looker, Databricks,or similar analytics tools, Excel and Powerpoint; familiarity with content management tools (Highspot) a plus
  • SQL knowledge; Knowledge of common data science tools (PySpark, Python, R) is a plus.
  • Experience building visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Looker.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a revenue-focused organization
  • Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Scientific mind and a storyteller’s soul

Responsibilities

  • Support the revenue organization by refining raw data to develop proactive, data-backed insights
  • Create thought leadership content focused on category trends and grocery shopping behaviors.
  • Own the development of Ibotta’s POV on several critical themes expected to impact 2026 (and beyond) buying behavior.
  • Tailor this POV into highly relevant, actionable suggestions for our top accounts in key verticals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Brand Strategy to package insights into understandable, compelling findings that allow our teams to position Ibotta as a strategic thought partner
  • Collaborate with Sales to elevate the conversation beyond transactional promotions and a-la-carte selling.
  • Bring a buyer-centric point of view; with the goal of providing value to clients without immediately asking for something in return.
  • Use Looker, Databricks, or similar analytics tools to quantify ‘what happened’ and also develop narratives about ‘why it happened’, ‘what is likely to happen next’ and ‘why this matters to you’.
  • Field and transition seasonal, thematic, and inbound inquiries to help generate new leads and advance client relationships.
