About The Position

District Subscription Sales Specialist – Hospital Patient Monitoring In this role, you will collaborate and consult with district sales leaders to develop and execute an enterprise-wide strategy focused on selling a portfolio of recurring revenue solutions to support the customer’s Hospital Patient Monitoring ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years experience in sales within the healthcare, medical technology, or patient monitoring industry, with a focus on recurring revenue models and service contracts.
• Strong understanding of XaaS solutions, software and hardware support contracts, and customer engagement strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Experience collaborating with district sales leaders and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and adapt strategies based on evolving customer needs and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district sales leaders to segment, create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting hospital networks and healthcare institutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide objectives and goals.
• Sell a diverse portfolio of recurring revenue solutions, including XaaS engagement solutions, software support and hardware support contracts. These solutions will ensure the continued functionality and success of hospital patient monitoring systems.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders to drive long-term business opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in patient monitoring technologies, services, and support offerings. Provide consultative guidance to customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the appropriate solutions.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales and expansion of existing contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals that drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements
• Work closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to district sales leaders and senior management.

Benefits

• Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $245,000 to $280,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
