Your seat at the table: Sales Director You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Lead, Manage, and Drive Accountability (LMA) Lead with clarity and consistency, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of ownership and performance. Manage and support a network of dealers and sales leaders, providing regular coaching, communication, and check-ins. Drive accountability to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and development milestones. Develop Future Leaders / Lateral Team Building Identify, mentor, and grow new and emerging dealer leaders to ensure long-term regional success. Foster a collaborative team culture among lateral and up-and-coming leaders. Develop and maintain a pipeline of strong leadership candidates. Dealer Growth: Build to 20 Dealers Averaging $250K Annually Strategically build and scale the region to support 20+ independent dealers, each averaging $250K+ in annual purchases. Create structured growth plans for dealers at every phase of development. Partner with training and operations teams to deliver tools and support for dealer scalability. Teach Dealers to Ladder Up in People Cooking (Level 1 to Level 5) Educate dealers on the business-building power of live and virtual cooking demos at every level—from individual appointments to large group events. Support them in progressing through the "people cooking" ladder to maximize recruiting and sales potential. Provide tools, scripts, and coaching for effective demonstration and follow-up practices. Talent Scouting for Dealers, Distributors, and Lateral Dealers Continuously identify and recruit new talent to the dealer, distributor, and leadership pipelines. Leverage field intelligence, referrals, and local partnerships to source high-potential individuals. Guide recruits through the onboarding and engagement journey. Execute Sales Strategy Implement and localize national and regional sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns. Align dealer activity with corporate strategy and seasonal opportunities. Provide input and feedback to refine future sales strategies based on field insights. Analyze & Identify SWOT in Dealer Business Plans Review and support dealer business plans, conducting SWOT analyses to identify opportunities and risks. Offer actionable insights and adjustments to improve outcomes. Monitor and coach dealer leaders through monthly reviews and growth checkpoints. Forecasting & Metrics (95% Accuracy) Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the region, aiming for 95%+ forecasting accuracy. Analyze regional sales trends, dealer performance metrics, and program impact. Provide regular performance reporting to leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in direct sales, franchise, or dealer-distributor environments.
  • Demonstrated success in developing leaders and growing regional sales networks.
  • Passionate coach and motivator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills.
  • Highly organized with strong forecasting and business planning capabilities.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to interpret KPIs and coach to performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting, training, and leading across virtual and in-person platforms.
  • Speak and understand English & Korean
