The Sales Director is a hands-on leader responsible for driving sales growth while maintaining the personal, relationship-driven approach Soiland is known for. This role oversees Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams and works closely with Operations and Production to ensure customer needs are met consistently and efficiently. Regular time will be split up between in the office, at our yards, on customer job sites, and in the community. This role blends field-based relationship sales, team leadership, and local marketing/community presence.
