We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales who combines a hunter mentality with strategic leadership to scale revenue and build a best-in-class field sales organization. Responsibilities

  • Own regional revenue targets and end-to-end sales execution for on-site field operations across assigned U.S. territories, driving consistent quota attainment.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and account segmentation to accelerate pipeline growth and shorten deal cycles.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing field sales team—hire top producers, set KPIs, run weekly forecasting, and execute performance reviews.
  • Manage strategic enterprise opportunities: run executive-level deals, lead proposal and pricing strategy, and close complex multi-year contracts.
  • Build and expand channel and partner relationships to create incremental revenue streams and joint-account plans.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to refine value props, improve win rates, and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs.
