Availability to WFH KAG’s Commercial Sales Team is seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Director to lead the development, sales, and implementation of transportation services for bulk liquid products. This position will focus on acquiring new customers while providing account management and service development for assigned existing customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics.
  • Proficient with relevant software tools (CRM systems, BI Analytics, and Microsoft Office 365).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

Responsibilities

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, exhibiting a strong hunter mentality.
  • Proven success in sales within the transportation and logistics industry, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Drive new business growth by fostering relationships with existing customers and generating new leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
  • Entrepreneurial and sales-driven mindset, with a strong work ethic and a relentless determination to exceed sales targets in a results-oriented environment.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the KAG Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be a team player who fosters collaboration and contributes to the success of the broader sales team.
