ProSolar is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to build, lead, and scale a high-performing residential solar sales team in Florida. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing top sales talent, and ensuring consistent execution of ProSolar’s sales strategy. The Sales Director will recruit, train, and manage Solar Consultants while fostering a high-performance, ethical, and customer-focused sales culture. This is a hands-on leadership role, including coaching in the field, supporting deals, and occasionally closing sales when needed.
