About The Position

Evolved Benefits is a specialty General Agency that provides nationwide consulting and plan configuration to create tailor-made benefit solutions for our clients. As an experienced and client-oriented agency, we partner with each client to find the best insurance solutions for their individual needs. Position Overview: Evolved Benefits is looking for a Sales Director to join their growing team. The Sales Director drives revenue growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with General Agencies and Brokers. This role builds distribution strength, promotes key insurance products (MEC, MV, and VB), and ensures strong partner engagement to accelerate market expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of insurance sales experience with a focus on GA/broker distribution.
  • Strong product knowledge (Life, Health, Disability, Voluntary Benefits).
  • Demonstrated success in channel development and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Grow premium and market share through targeted GA and broker partnerships.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate high-potential agencies and brokers.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager, conducting regular performance reviews and driving accountability.
  • Deliver product training, sales support, and competitive insights to partners.
  • Maintain expertise in assigned insurance products and market trends.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, and Operations to support partner needs and ensure successful case placement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and monitor competitive activity.
