Fuel your passion The Sales Director – North America Land (Onshore Pipe) is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening strategic customer relationships across the U.S. land business. Leading a multi layered sales organization across Houston, Midland, the Rockies, and emerging markets such as Canada, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping regional strategy and delivering sustained commercial success. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, build high performing teams, and implement structured sales processes that improve win rates and accelerate growth. As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you will influence long-term planning, cross functional alignment, and overall business performance. As Sales Director – North America Land (Onshore Pipe), you will be responsible for :

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience , including 5+ years leading teams
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding market presence
  • Have experience managing geographically dispersed and multi layered sales organizations
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, including pricing, contract negotiation, and deal structuring
  • Bring strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across functions and levels
  • Be a strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable plans
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate high levels of accountability, ownership, and results orientation

  • Preferably have experience in oil & gas, energy services, or related industrial markets

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Leadership & Strategy Defining and executing a regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets .
  • Driving revenue growth through disciplined opportunity management and customer prioritization .
  • Identifying and capturing new business opportunities, including expansion into adjacent regions such as Canada
  • Team Leadership & Development Leading, coaching, and developing a multi layered sales organization across multiple geographies
  • Building a strong leadership bench by developing frontline sales leaders and succession pipelines
  • Establishing a performance driven culture with clear expectations, accountability, and continuous development
  • Customer Engagement & Market Expansion Strengthening relationships with key customers and acting as an executive sponsor where needed
  • Driving customer acquisition and retention through value-based selling and differentiated solutions
  • Ensuring deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
  • Sales Excellence & Process Discipline Implementing structured sales processes, forecasting rigor, and pipeline management discipline
  • Improving win rates through strategic positioning, pricing discipline, and cross functional alignment
  • Cross Functional Leadership Partnering with product line, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Contributing to broader business planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategy
