ROLE PURPOSE: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, the Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the North American sales team (currently a team of 7) by acting as a key point of contact between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to help drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate sales records. The actual duties will vary greatly during the calendar in this highly seasonal business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will also be responsible for resourcing all industry and distributor trade shows including managing & tracking schedules for each. This role will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to deliver appropriate brand and sales action plans for each show while delivering on all business objectives. Finally, this person will be responsible for managing the Bedford (very small but mighty) distribution center including tracking inventory and ensuring samples of all products are in-stock. STATUS: Exempt WORKING HOURS: Typically, between 9am -5pm Monday - Friday (open to some flexibility) WORK LOCATION: Corporate Office - 32 Crosby Dr Bedford MA 01730.
