About The Position

This role is designed for a results-driven sales leader with a passion for live events and entertainment. The Sales Director will own a defined territory, driving predictable and profitable annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth through full-cycle selling of an integrated ecosystem of solutions, including ticketing, eCommerce, payments, analytics, and guest experience platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, combining strategic account management with consultative selling to deliver long-term value for clients. This position provides the opportunity to lead high-stakes deals, cultivate multi-product adoption, and shape the future of live event experiences across a range of venues and entertainment formats. The role emphasizes pipeline discipline, executive-level relationship management, and alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling complex B2B or enterprise SaaS solutions, with a proven ability to navigate long, consultative sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Track record of consistently achieving targeted annual quota and driving account growth
  • Experience in Live Events, Entertainment, or adjacent verticals is a plus, but strong enterprise selling fundamentals are essential
  • Expertise in solution-based, consultative selling with the ability to lead executive-level, value-driven conversations
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact product demonstrations in person and virtually, adapting to different stakeholder needs
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, using data to prioritize opportunities and assess deal health
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging executives, operators, and technical partners
  • Self-directed, disciplined operator with high accountability and a results-oriented approach
  • Comfortable traveling up to 20% and working in a fully remote environment across the United States

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand a high-quality sales pipeline across Live Events verticals, including performing arts, festivals, resorts, music, sports, and multipurpose venues
  • Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting and discovery to solution design, executive presentations, negotiation, and closing
  • Deliver on annual ARR targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead strategic discovery conversations to uncover client challenges and translate insights into outcome-focused proposals
  • Position and sell integrated solutions, emphasizing ecosystem value rather than individual products
  • Conduct compelling virtual and on-site demonstrations tailored to multiple stakeholder audiences
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and predictability
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to ensure deal success and ecosystem adoption post-close
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador
