About The Position

The Newbury of Brookline, a luxury Signature Collection community by Kisco Senior Living, has an exceptional opportunity available as an Outside Sales/Business Development Director to build referral relationships and expand our presence in the Greater Boston area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two or more years of business development experience preferably in the local community
  • Knowledge of community influencers and service-oriented groups
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
  • Previous sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and local community influencers.
  • Attend industry and community networking events to generate qualified referrals.
  • Assist with special marketing events
  • Generate community referrals to meet sales targets
  • Develop networking plans in partnership with the Sales and Home Office Marketing Team to identify and prioritize targeted professionals and other influencers
  • Maintain Kisco CRM database of influencer contacts
  • Create, implement and effectively manage the "Business Development" plan and budget
  • Support the sales office as needed to ensure exceptional service and responsiveness.
