About The Position

The Newbury of Brookline, a luxury Signature Collection community by Kisco Senior Living, has an exceptional opportunity available as an Outside Sales/ Business Development Director to build referral relationships and expand our presence in the Greater Boston area. What will I do every day? Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and local community influencers. Attend industry and community networking events to generate qualified referrals. Assist with special marketing events Generate community referrals to meet sales targets Develop networking plans in partnership with the Sales and Home Office Marketing Team to identify and prioritize targeted professionals and other influencers Maintain Kisco CRM database of influencer contacts Create, implement and effectively manage the “Business Development” plan and budget Support the sales office as needed to ensure exceptional service and responsiveness. What will I need to be successful in this role? Bachelor’s Degree Two or more years of business development experience preferably in the local community Knowledge of community influencers and service-oriented groups Previous experience working with seniors is a plus Previous sales experience a plus Strong communication skills What’s in it for me? (Great Question!) On-target earning (OTE) $119K-$171K+, including base salary ($90K-$100K), uncapped monthly commissions, and quarterly bonuses. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two or more years of business development experience preferably in the local community
  • Knowledge of community influencers and service-oriented groups
  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
  • Previous sales experience a plus
