The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to lead and scale our sales motion across biotech and pharma customers. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building and coaching high-performing teams. Reporting into our SVP Sales, you will manage a distributed team of Account Executives across the US and UK, while being based in New York City. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, closing new business, and developing repeatable sales processes that support Causaly’s continued expansion.
