The Sales Development Trainer is responsible for all aspects of selling skills and product training for distribution and rental channels in North America. This includes conducting schools at our Customer Experience Center (CEC), regional schools in the field, dealer-specific schools, and online modules as needed. This position also works with our Learning and Development Department to create engaging and interactive materials to assist and coach salespeople on selling methods and skills like conducting sales calls, negotiation and closing, effective communication, deal structuring, financing, territory management, etc. Another aspect is general product training on LBX’s various product lines and segments.
