Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: You bring 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams, with a heart for coaching early-career talent.
  • Sales Expertise: You have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within lead prospecting and qualification cycles.
  • Strategic Communicator: You possess the ability to transmit complex information clearly and collaborate effectively across diverse departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce or Gong.
  • Familiarity or prior experience within the construction or AEC industry sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs, fostering their confidence and professional skills to smash daily and quarterly targets.
  • Design and optimize cutting-edge lead qualification workflows and sales plays in collaboration with Marketing to ensure a seamless pipeline.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Demand Generation leadership to bridge the gap between initial prospecting and closed-won deals.
  • Analyze process data and team performance to provide actionable feedback that sharpens our overall go-to-market strategy.
