Job Summary Conduct targeted phone-based marketing campaigns focused on generating business development and relationship growth opportunities with both new and existing financial professionals. Obtain financial professional specific information to help create and maintain accurate profiles using CrumpCRM (Microsoft Dynamics-based Customer Relationship Management system). Support financial professional questions about troubleshooting Crump resources and help connect them with the correct Crump support, on-line, on the phone, or in-person. Position is work from home anywhere in the US.
